Forgiving

In everyday life and in healing differences between others,  the art of forgiveness releases stress from the emotions.

Not only is the attitude of silent forgiveness a gracious but also empowering gift that melts away problems so that only love remains.

We all need to possess an attitude in our emotions that is mature and generous enough to lead the way to better inner harmony as well as in our relationships. 

It is wise to remember that we are also in need of forgiveness for the many hurts we have consciously inflicted as well as those that  we have inadvertently caused others.
