CONSCIOUSNESS

In meditating one aim is for a harmonious flow of thought awareness rather than erratic statements of thoughts and ideas without a common thread.

In meditation one’s self consciousness of thought changes to a state beyond the process of thinking – a state of higher awareness or Being.

We learn to build a bridge between the higher feeling states of Being and the earthly personality with its differing realities.

Through meditation one learns to manage the mind and its resources.

Creativity of thought is the natural outcome of meditation in an environment where the mental soil is fertile.

Our minds create the atmosphere in which our thoughts and ideals take root and grow, or wither.

To maintain a state of integrity or interconnection between the higher regions and lower consciousness ensures the ‘magical’ capacity of the mind is free to function.

We seek to blend the higher states of consciousness that we touch in Meditation with the lower spheres of our personality and to anchor them within the body so that our actions become charged with spiritual vitality, enthusiasm and power.
